What counts as an AI conversation?＋

A conversation is one continuous visitor session with the agent. The final fair-use boundary for unusually long sessions is stated in the order confirmation.

When is the first payment taken?＋

Only after the no-card 14-day trial has ended and an authorised user actively selects a plan and interval, enters card details and accepts recurring payment through Revolut Checkout.

Does annual billing change the quota?＋

No. Annual billing is paid 12 months upfront with a 10% subscription discount, while the included conversation quota still resets monthly and retains its hard stop.
